How To Change Your Account Password

It is important that your Envato Marketplace account has a secure, private password at all times. This is especially important for authors, and buyers who deposit larger sums of money into their accounts.

For maximum security you should :

1. Change your password regularly,
2. Keep your password private and never give it out,
3. Have a unique password for the marketplaces, and
4. Have a complex password comprising of uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers (you can use a password generator if you wish).

Here’s how to change your password:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click Your Account at the top of the page.
3. Click on the Edit tab.
4. Click on Change Your Password.
5. Type your old password and new password in the fields provided.
6. Press Save.
