PhotoDune: Web Upload Instructions

How many Images will you be uploading?

PhotoDune offers both Web form as well as FTP upload. If you plan on submitting more than 5 images then we highly recommend using our FTP upload service.

If you have over 3000 images professionally shot, please contact us to have uploads expedited.

Web Form Upload Instructions

Individual images can be uploaded via the Author Dashboard (drop down menu under your account name):

  1. Click the “Upload” button, then click the “Start Upload” button on the following page and fill in a image title name.
  2. Click “Choose File” to select from your computer the image you wish to submit. Once uploaded, click the “Main File” drop down box to select the uploaded image.
  3. Release Forms: Signed release forms (PDF, JPG or PNG) should be contained within a single folder compressed into a .zip  file. A release form is required for each person or identifiable building.
  4. Click “Create Item Submission”.

After successful upload, images are processed in typically 5-10 minutes.  A status update message will be displayed on successful processing. The next step is image submission for review.
