- What hours is Support open and when should I expect a reply?
- Envato’s Support department is open 7 days a week. We have staff working in three different time zones to help you get your issue sorted as quickly as possible. Support has fewer staff working on Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian public holidays, so while every attempt is made to answer tickets promptly, response times may be slower during these periods. Most support tickets will be answered within 24 hours. Complex tickets may occasionally take longer to resolve. Support Tickets are answered in the order they are received. Support responds to every query it receives, so please do not submit multiple tickets about the same issue, as this congests the system and may result in a delay in the processing of your inquiry.
